What payment methods do You accept?
At the moment we accept 2 payment methods:
- Monero (XMR)
- Bitcoin (BTC)
These payment options in our opinion are easiest and safest to use for international commerce.
Where can I acquire XMR or BTC?
Bitcoin and Monero are easily available to acquire at various crypto exchanges.
Centralized exchanges we find to be reliable are:
- Binance
- Kucoin
- xt.com
- HTX
- BitMart
You can of course use any other exchange, You trust to get BTC or XMR and use for payments.
Do You ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship internationally.
Which countries are the safest to order to?
- UK
- USA
- Australia
- France
Shipments to these countries are almost guarantied to arrive to You. Order with confidence.
Which countries are problematic?
- Germany
- Austria
- Sweden
- Slovakia
There is a high chance of custom seizure, when ordering to the above mentioned countries. We will ask you to reaffirm any orders to these countries so we know that You acknowledge and understand the risks.
What are your refund/reship policies?
Although the vast majority of orders get delivered to customers successfully and without issues, we do still live in the real world, which is not perfect and sometimes there are issues. It may happen, that an order is lost during shipping or gets stuck in customs.
In such cases we have a firm, clear and fair refund/reship policy.
If You do not receive Your order, we shall either
- reship 1 time free of charge
OR
- issues a partial refund (about 50%) in Monero (XMR)

What shipping options do You provide?
We offer 2 shipping options:
- REGULAR TRACKED SHIPPING
- EXPRESS TRACKED SHIPPING
Both options are fine however, we do recommend choosing the EXPRESS TRACKED SHIPPING for international orders as it tends to be faster and the tracking numbers are updated more consistently by the shipping companies.
Will You provide a tracking number for my order?
Yes. All orders are sent with a tracking number, however tracking number sometimes takes a few days to go live.
